Sarah E. Nash
Director
Sarah E. Nash joined the Board of Directors in July 2010. Ms. Nash currently serves on the boards of directors of Knoll, Inc. as well as private companies, HBD Industries, Inc. and Irving Oil Company. She resigned from the board of directors of Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in December 2014. Ms. Nash is trustee of the New York-Presbyterian Hospital and a member the National Board of the Smithsonian Institution. She’s a Trustee Emeritus of Washington and Lee University and a member of The Business LeadershipCouncil of the City University of New York. Ms. Nash spent nearly 30 years in investment banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. (and predecessor companies), a financial services firm, retiring as Vice Chairman in 2005. Ms. Nash holds a BA in political science from Vassar College. Among other experience, qualifications, attributes and skills, Ms. Nash’s knowledge and experience in capital markets, strategic transactions, corporate governance and non-profit organizations led to the conclusion of our Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and of our full Board that she should serve as a director of our Company in light of our business and structure.
