On October 29, 2020, Blackbaud, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting that it was unable to hold its third quarter 2020 earnings conference call at the originally scheduled time due to a network outage impacting the conference call provider. On October 29, 2020, the Company issued a second press release reporting that it had rescheduled its third quarter 2020 earnings conference call for October 30, 2020. A copy of both press releases are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2.

Charleston, S.C. (October. 29, 2020) — Blackbaud, Inc.
